This is half white and half red packaged with wines of various body styles from all major wine regions of the world.
These are wines that should be consumed within 5-10 years. While many can be consumed now, these would be wines that would favour lying down for a while and can therefore be used to stock your cellar. Please note that the majority of wines in this category will be red as most whites are made to be consumed within 3-5 years.
Organic and Biodynamic wines are preferably those where the grapes have been grown organically or the product is certified organic or biodynamic. The mix of wines in the organic package are automatically 75% red and 25% white but can be changed at any time. Body styles and consumption ranges will vary.
