Your tailor-made event

We offer various types of services, depending on your individual needs our services are provided to small groups. We require a minimum of ten guests and a maximum of 30 guests per function to insure CGC’s quality remains the same.

 

Chef á domicile is your personal chef in Helsinki. CGC gives you the opportunity to invite just like if you were in a gastronomic restaurant. Our chefs prepare lunch, cocktails, dinner in your own kitchen, using the freshest ingredients just for the menu you have selected. Our knowledge also extends to customers with dietary requirements for one dinner or for several days.

 

Cocktail & Mini Receptions-Canapés, mini-meals, verrines indulge your guests with some of the finest displays from our mini-meal, verrines and canapé selection. from imaginative mini”meals in a mouthful” served in individual glass goblets or on bamboo servers to classic cuisine in a bite, we create visually stunning and decadently delicious fare.

 

Sommelier á domicile Our sommelier has especially selected a range of exceptional New and old world wines vintages that complement CGC gourmet dishes and are sure to delight your guests.

 

Cookery Lessons Don your Private Catering apron, specially embroidered with your name for the occasion, and spend some time with one of our chefs as they share culinary secrets, tips and techniques and sample your culinary creation

 

Demonstrations Open the doors to a world of passion where the senses reign master…Let our Chefs work their culinary magic before your very eyes.  Whether you are hosting a dinner for business or purely a special social occasion, an in-home cooking demonstration is a great way to entertain your guests and will make your dinner a unique and memorable event.

 

Lunch trays & boxes Our individually prepared lunch trays and boxes are a smart food solution and can be customised for light dining on board your yacht, a gourmet break between meetings or a romantic picnic.
